In addition to the fact that we send a track & trace number via email, we are currently working hard on a new way of keeping you informed. If we know your mobile number, we would be delighted to inform you about the progress of your consignment by SMS. You receive an SMS with the projected day of delivery when the order is shipped from our premises.

While this facility is still under development and it may not be suitable for you, you can provide us with your mobile number via your account.

Not in stock?

In spite of careful planning, it is possible that an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will state this for the article in question along with the expected delivery date. Then you will always be aware when a specific product is once again ready for shipping.

You can order a product which is temporarily unavailable from us in the usual way. This ensures that you will not forget about it.
