Way of working
We are really proud of our unique way of working and we would like to tell you a bit more about it. Nature is the starting point for our activities. This is clear in all our designs, the production processes and the packing and dispatch methods.
Design & production
Our stylists design the vast majority of our collections by themselves. They develop living & lifestyle articles with a true passion and love of nature, bringing nature closer to home. The fact that we design most of the products in house means we are able to surprise you time after time with unique products which you will not find anywhere else.
Once the designs are complete, one of our suppliers will start producing the actual items. Once the first specimens are ready, we check to see whether they meet our strict quality requirements. Once we are satisfied, we place an order and ensure that you can order the products yourself.
There are various ways of ordering from us.
Via the internet
You can order all our products via our web shop. You can only see the prices once you are logged in. So you will need to log in or create an account if you want to see them. Access is limited to retailers.
Creating an account is very straightforward. Click on log in and then on ‘become client’. Fill in your details and then choose your own password straight away; we do not provide a password for you. Once you have registered you can find out everything you need to know about the prices and look at packaging units right away. You can also place your order with us straight away.
At the trade fair
You will be able to see our latest collection in person if you visit our stand at one of the trade fairs. Ordering can be very straightforward if you put your range together with one of our employees.
It will still be possible to make changes to your order after the trade fair has finished. You can do this by telephone or by sending an email to our customer service.
Cash & Carry
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to expand your range with our unique products. You will be well served by one of our Cash & Carries in the Netherlands and Belgium.
You can find a selection of our most successful and most recent items at these locations. You can purchase them right away, choosing colours and materials. Are you missing an article? You can always purchase via our web shop or at the trade fairs.
It is possible to place your order by telephone, email or fax. You can find our details on the contact page.
Our sales department will start processing your order as soon as you have placed it. Products which are not (yet) in stock are automatically placed in back order. You will receive them as soon as they are back in stock.
Everything that we have in stock is packed with recycled paper and cardboard. We try to restrict our impact on the environment in this way. Then we will ship your order. If your company is located in Western Europe you should receive it within 1-3 working days. You can read further information about shipping here.
People, animals and nature have been at the centre of everything we do ever since Mars & More was set up. This is why we switched from paper to plastic recently. The fact that the plastic is filled with air makes the boxes lighter. This has an impact on shipping costs and energy consumption when compared with paper. The plastic can also be re-used as a filling material and it can be recycled. It is therefore a well-considered and responsible choice!
